Where Land and

Flavor Come Together

Plot 1

The High-Altitude Haven

Perched 900 meters above sea level, Plot 1 is where our Merzifon Karası, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grapes grow under the watchful care of our family. The chalky, gravel-rich soils and cool nights create grapes with fresh aromas and vibrant acidity. With sweeping views and crisp mountain air, this plot is truly the heart of our vineyard.

Plot 2

The Clay-Rich Grove

Located at 750 meters altitude, Plot 2 is all about balance. With its clay and sandy soils, this plot is home to our Merzifon Karası grapes. The goblet-pruned vines produce a lower yield but incredible quality, giving us grapes with rich flavors that reflect the care we put into every season.

Plot 3

The Historic Plateau

Did you know this plot has been a vineyard since Roman times? At 750 meters altitude, our Merzifon Karası and Narince vines grow in clay and chalky soil, producing wines with depth and complexity. This land has seen generations of grape growers, and today, we’re proud to continue the tradition.

Plot 4

Sarıköy’s Revival

On the south-facing slopes of Taşhan Mountain, Plot 4 is a labor of love. These 18-year-old vines mark the rebirth of Merzifon Karası, a grape once on the brink of extinction. It’s a special place for us, where we’ve worked to bring this native variety back to life.

Plot 5

The Concentrated Plains

This lower-altitude plot, located in Şeyhyeni, Merzifon, is all about sunshine and warmth. The sandy soil and hotter summers create intensely concentrated grapes, perfect for blending Merzifon Karası with international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Beyond Gümüşhacıköy:

Where Our Grapes Travel

Tokat/Erbaa Plot: In the famous Narince-growing region of Üzümlü Village, our Narince grapes soak up the hot, arid summers. The result? Lively, aromatic wines with a touch of green and yellow fruit notes.

Kalecik/Dağdemir Köyü Plot: Home to 40–50-year-old Kalecik Karası vines, this plot in Kalecik offers mineral-rich soils and a long history of cultivating Türkiye’s elegant red grape.
